Mr. Eddy Soeparno was appointed Deputy Speaker of the Peoples Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia in October 2024 and has consistently focused his efforts on enhancing Indonesia’s energy resilience, energy transition and climate change via policy and legislation.

Started his career in banking in Hong Kong in 1989, Eddy spent 26 years of his professional career in investment banking and finance, before embarking on a new career path in politics in 2015.

Prior to his present position, Eddy was Vice Chairman of the Energy, Industry and Research & Innovation Committee at Indonesia’s Parliament from 2019 – 2024. Eddy has engaged with governments at the highest levels and developed policy, legislation and regulation under challenging circumstances.

Eddy holds a Doctoral degree in Political Science (cum laude) as well as a Bachelor and Master degree (cum laude) in International Law from the University of Indonesia.

Nizhar Marizi currently serves as Director of Environmental Affairs at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas). He has extensive experience working and collaborating with national and local government institutions, international development organizations, and non-governmental organizations.

His areas of expertise include environmental and energy issues, with a current focus on advancing green economic growth and the development of renewable energy.

He holds a Ph.D. in Regional Social Systems from the University of Kitakyushu, an M.Si. in Environmental Science from the University of Indonesia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung.

Edo Mahendra currently serves as Principal Advisor to the Minister of Forestry, leading the development of carbon pricing policies and the broader carbon market ecosystem. He is also Chairperson of the Indonesia Forestry Carbon Hub (IFCH) at the Ministry of Forestry and a member of the National Steering Committee for the Economic Value of Carbon (Nilai Ekonomi Karbon, or NEK).

In addition, Edo serves as Executive Chairperson of the Indonesia Energy Transition Joint Office for Implementation (Rumah PATEN) and as a Special Advisor to the Indonesia Climate and Growth Dialogue (ICGD).

Previously, he served as Head of the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) Secretariat, where he oversaw the development of the US$20 billion Comprehensive Investment and Policy Plan (CIPP). He also served as Special Advisor to the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment. He holds a DPhil in International Development from the University of Oxford.

Rachmat Kaimuddin serves as Managing Director of Development Investment at PT Danantara Development

Management Fund (DDMF). He brings extensive experience across finance and investment, technology, mining and energy, basic materials, as well as infrastructure and transportation, gained through leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining DDMF, Rachmat served as Deputy for Basic Infrastructure Coordination at the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development. Previously, he was Deputy for Infrastructure and Transportation Coordination at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, while concurrently serving as Chair of the National Energy Transition Task Force. In the private sector, he has held executive and board positions at companies operating in mining, technology, banking, basic materials, and airport services.

Rachmat holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Masyita Crystallin is an Indonesian economist and public policy expert with extensive experience in macroeconomics, fiscal policy, sustainable finance, and financial sector reform. She currently serves as Head of Economics Portfolio Alignment and Sustainability at Danantara Investment Management.

Before joining Danantara Indonesia, she held senior leadership roles in government and finance, including Director General of Financial Sector Stability and Development at Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance, Senior Advisor to the Minister of Finance, and Chief Economist at DBS Indonesia. She has also worked with the World Bank on macro-fiscal and development issues. Masyita is recognized for her expertise in aligning economic strategy, financial resilience, and sustainability to support Indonesia’s long-term growth agenda.

Mr. Donosepoetro is the first Indonesian to hold the CEO role in the Bank’s 162 years in the country. Prior to this role, he was the Cluster CEO for Indonesia and ASEAN Markets, and previously served as Vice Chairman for ASEAN responsible for driving execution of the Bank’s strategy and governance oversight for the region.

As an international banker with a global career spanning 28 years with Standard Chartered, Mr Donosepoetro has held diverse roles across 7 countries – Indonesia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Chile and Falkland Islands. During this time, he has held the roles as the Bank’s M&A Director, Regional Head of Audit for Asia, CEO for the Falkland Islands and CEO for Brunei Darussalam.

In addition to his current role, Mr Donosepoetro is a member of Standard Chartered Group Sustainable Finance EXCO. He has also served as the Deputy Co-Chair in the B20 Finance and Infrastructure Task Force during Indonesia’s G20 presidency, Board member of SCB Nepal and the Bank’s representative for the World Economic Forum’s ASEAN Regional Action Group.

He is currently the Chair of Advisory Board for the British Chamber of Commerce Indonesia, and he also sits on a number of international Boards including the UK-ASEAN Business Council, Advisor for the British International Investment, and Co-Chair of the Green Investment Principles for ASEAN Chapter.

In January 2025, Mr Donosepoetro was awarded the title of Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by His Majesty King Charles III for his services to UK-Indonesia and UK-ASEAN trade and investment relations.

Avina Sugiarto is a Partner at East Ventures with more than 15 years of experience investing across alternative asset classes, including venture capital, private equity, private credit, and special situations. Her investment experience spans a wide range of industries, including technology, property, logistics, financial services, and consumer sectors.

Before joining East Ventures, Avina served as Senior Vice President at an asset management firm, where she was responsible for deal sourcing, investment analysis, execution, and fundraising across various investment products. She was also a key member of an investment partnership with a global alternative asset manager based in the United States.

At East Ventures, Avina leverages her extensive investment experience to support technology companies from the early-stage Seed phase through Growth, while promoting sustainability and the integration of ESG practices across the firm’s investments.

In 2025, Avina was named to the Fortune Indonesia 40 Under 40 list.

Metta Dharmasaputra is the Co-Founder and CEO of Katadata, an economic and business media, data, and research company he founded in 2012. He previously served as Editor-in-Chief of Katadata.co.id until 2018. With nearly 30 years of experience in journalism, Metta has held various editorial positions at Tempo Group, including Executive Editor of Koran Tempo and Managing Editor for the Economy and Investigations desk at both Koran Tempo and Tempo Magazine. He also began his journalism career at Asiaweek’s Jakarta bureau and Bisnis Indonesia.

Metta is an award-winning investigative journalist, recognized for his investigative coverage of the Asian Agri tax case with the Udin Award from the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) in 2008 and Journalist of the Year by PWI Reformasi in 2007. He is also the author of several books, including Key Witness, Mengejar Fajar, and No Limits, the authorized biography of Sri Mulyani Indrawati. In his leadership role, he focuses on advancing sustainable nickel as a key material for the global energy transition, while promoting responsible mining practices that balance operational performance, environmental sustainability and ESG principles, as well as positive social impact.

Mr. Anawat Pornpunyapat, Director of PT Sement Jawa, SCG Indonesia, brings deep expertise in cement and building materials operations across Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. In his current role, he leads the company’s strategic direction, operational transformation, and long‑term competitiveness within one of the region’s most dynamic markets.

In his current role, Mr. Anawat is driving low-carbon cement and circular economy initiatives in Indonesia, with a strong focus on increasing alternative fuel (AF) utilization and developing waste-to-energy solutions.

He also promotes collabora:on among industry, government, and local communities through initiatives such as SCG Mentari, which supports better community waste management and environmental awareness. These efforts contribute to transforming waste into valuable resources, reducing fossil fuel dependency, and supporting SCG’s ambition to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Anawat served as Deputy Director of the Cement Plant at Cement Building Materials Vietnam from 2023 to 2025, where he strengthened production performance, enhanced operational efficiency, and advanced SCG’s regional manufacturing capabilities.

Mr. Anawat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. He further strengthened his leadership capabilities through the Management Development Program at London Business School.

Lisa Tinschert is the Director of Energy Programme in GIZ Indonesia/ASEAN for over 3 years. In her tenure, Lisa has led more than 10+ projects across topics from renewable energy up-scaling, energy efficiency to coal phase out, and just transition. Lisa also oversaw GIZ's contribution to Indonesia's Just

Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) as well as Energy Transition Mechanism (ETM) through support to Working Groups and Germany as part of the International Partners Group (IPG).

Dr. Sari Chairunnisa is Deputy CEO and Chief R&D Officer of ParagonCorp, the Indonesian beauty company behind brands including Wardah, Make Over, Emina, Kahf, and Laboré. A dermatologist by training, she leads more than 200 researchers, bringing together science, technology, and consumer understanding to develop beauty innovations that respond to evolving needs and advance the industry.

Under her leadership, ParagonCorp continues to strengthen its scientific capabilities, from advanced research and ingredient discovery to AI-enabled formulation and predictive testing. Gabrielle Angriani Johny is the Director of Government Affairs and Corporate Communications at PepsiCo Indonesia, bringing more than 20 years of experience across FMCG, IT, and packaging sectors, with deep expertise in corporate communications, public policy, government relations, and sustainability.

A Communications Sciences graduate from Universitas Indonesia, she began her career in advertising and PR agencies—an early foundation that shaped her passion for strategic communications before moving into senior leadership roles at global companies.

Fadli Rahman, Ph.D., is the CEO of DENERA and a Director of Investment at PT Danantara Investment Management. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Mineral and Energy Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Fadli has served as Director of Planning & Business Development at Pertamina NRE, Special Advisor to the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, and Commissioner of Pertamina Hulu Energi. Arfan Arlanda is a technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in technology, business, and environmental innovation across the Asia Pacific region and worldwide. He began his career as a global technology consultant, working with early-stage startups, unicorns, multinational companies, and major technology corporations across different continents.

His career took him to a Seattle-based technology startup before joining Microsoft as a senior technology consultant. He later led Microsoft’s Cloud business in Indonesia’s enterprise market. Throughout his career, Arfan has received numerous recognitions, including three-time Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), Microsoft Key Talent, Great People Great Performance, and the Circle of Excellence: Platinum Award, Microsoft’s highest global achievement award.

Before founding Jejakin in 2018, Arfan founded Nawatech, a Data and Artificial Intelligence venture that has since grown into a group of technology companies. At Jejakin, he pioneered Indonesia’s first digital carbon management platform, leveraging data, AI, and IoT to accelerate climate action and enable corporations and organizations to plan, measure, and scale their environmental impact.

Beyond Jejakin, Arfan remains actively involved in advancing sustainable innovation through various organizations and initiatives. He serves as Co-Chairman of the Youth Energy & Climate Council (YeC), and is involved with the Indonesia Sustainable Tourism Council (ISTC), Indonesia Carbon Trade Association (IDCTA), Sustainability Advisory Council at Gojek, and ITS Indonesia, where he contributes to advancing more sustainable and eco-friendly transportation.

Ernest is a social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in business development, general management, and sustainability. Prior to building

Rekosistem full-time, he served as Indonesia Sustainability Leader and ; Senior Sales and Trade Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble. His journey in the waste management industry began in November 2018 with the launch of KAHIJI, a small-to-medium initiative that laid the foundation for what would become Rekosistem. Since then, he has led the company from the ground up, driving strong year-on-year growth, scaling operations, and successfully securing its latest investment round in 2025.

Ernest and Rekosistem have received numerous recognitions, including Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia (2022), Google Play Best App Award (2023), Fortune Indonesia Change The World (2024), and Forbes Asia 100 to Watch (2025).

Ms. Annisa Ayu Soraya is an Environmental Engineer and a graduate of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), with more than 15 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, regulatory compliance, as well as green business and solution development. Her professional journey has spanned prominent organizations, including ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia, Mobil Cepu Limited, and PT SUCOFINDO, and she currently serves at IDSurvey.

She currently serves as Vice President of Research and Product Development at PT IDSurvey (Persero), where she focuses on research and innovation, product and green business development, laboratory business development, and various strategic initiatives that support IDSurvey's business transformation and growth.

Throughout her professional career, Ms. Annisa has been actively involved in a wide range of strategic issues, including decarbonization, energy transition, environmental management, Green and Smart Port development, waste management, and the advancement of a low-carbon economy. She is also an active contributor to national and international forums, including the 29th UN Climate Change Conference (COP29 UNFCCC) in Azerbaijan and the 30th UN Climate Change Conference (COP30 UNFCCC) in Belém, Brazil.

In recognition of her contributions and leadership in the clean energy and sustainability sector, in 2026 she received the Apresiasi EBTKE 2026 – Women in Clean Energy: Energy Leader award from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia.

Andi P. Rahim is the Secretary General and Acting Executive Director of Indonesia Global Compact Network (IGCN). As IGCN Secretary General, he drives collaboration across sectors—uniting businesses, government, civil society, and academia—to advance sustainable business practices and responsible corporate governance in Indonesia and beyond.

As the founder and CEO of Intercounbix Indonesia, Andi P. Rahim is an expert in transfer pricing. His services also include taxation, accounting, business, transfer pricing, and audit.

Jalal is the Founder of A+ CSR Indonesia and a sustainability practitioner with more than three decades of experience working across business, government, and civil society in Southeast Asia. His expertise spans sustainability management, CSR, ESG, stakeholder engagement, and community development across various sectors.

He currently serves in several expert and advisory roles, including Chair of the Board of Experts at Nusantara ESG Association (ESGAN), Principal Expert at the Indonesian ESG Professionals Association (IEPA), and Expert Panel Member of the Katadata ESG Index (KESGI), contributing to the development of ESG practices and professional standards in Indonesia.

Mada Ayu Habsari is the Chairperson of the Indonesian Solar Energy Association (AESI), leading the Association’s efforts to strengthen Indonesia’s solar energy ecosystem and advance solar power as a sustainable energy source. With nearly 20 years of experience in the solar energy sector, she brings extensive industry expertise to her role. She actively advocates for the solar industry, engages with government and key stakeholders, and supports national strategic initiatives toward Indonesia’s 100 GWp solar target.

Akmal Abudiman, M.M. CSP, CSRS, CSRA, CSFS, SCL. is an ESG & Sustainable Finance Practitioner with experience spanning ESG strategy and advisory, sustainable finance, sustainability reporting, ESG assurance, corporate governance and financial and capital markets. He currently serves in Corporate Secretary, Investor Relations, and Sustainability at PT Busan Auto Finance, while also contributing as a consultant, advisor, trainer, and lecturer in sustainability and sustainable finance. He is actively involved in industry and professional organizations, including the Sustainable Finance Committee of the Indonesia Finance Companies Association (APPI), the Indonesian Society of Sustainability Professionals (IS2P), and IEPA, contributing to sustainability and sustainable finance policy advocacy.

Marianne is an entrepreneur, media and marketing leader, and Co-founder & CEO of TS Media. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, media, business development, and management, Marianne has built and led various companies across Australia, the United States, and Indonesia.

At TS Media, Marianne leads business development across integrated marketing, media production, digital media, talent management, community building, and creative agency services. She is also an active speaker, host, mentor, and moderator at various forums, using her platform to promote wellbeing, self-development, and sustainability.

Heri has been responsible for the development of the Katadata ESG Insight Dashboard since 2022. The dashboard tracks more than 100 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) indicators across 400 companies and serves as the foundation for the Katadata ESG Insight (KESGI) Award, which applies an independent assessment methodology combining global and national standards.

Through the dashboard, users can gain insights into how companies manage emissions, energy consumption, waste recycling, and biodiversity, as well as their climate transition strategies, labor rights practices, community impact, and corporate governance in a transparent and sustainable manner.

With more than 20 years of experience in journalism, Yura has covered a wide range of sectors, including economics and business, politics, law, military affairs, urban issues, the presidential palace, sports, and lifestyle. Gita Syahrani is the Chair of the Board of Koalisi Ekonomi Membumi (KEM), a cross-sector alliance focused on advancing a responsible bioeconomy transformation in Indonesia. Through KEM, she leads collaboration among more than 29 member organizations to strengthen an economic ecosystem centered on sustainability, community well-being, and environmental preservation.

For more than a decade, Gita has designed and built collective action with leaders across sectors through initiatives including Hutan Itu Indonesia, Indonesia Palm Oil Pledge, and Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (LTKL). In 2024, she founded BLESS Indonesia, a foundation focused on driving behavioral change and supporting system leaders by creating safe spaces for them to pause, connect, and strengthen their impact.

In recognition of her commitment, Gita has received several international fellowships and recognitions, including Climate Breakthrough Fellow, Skoll Fellow, Ashoka Fellow, and Mulago Fellow. She is committed to demonstrating that climate solutions can be economically viable while remaining people- and nature-centered, grounded in collaboration, care, and the courage to lead with love.

She is Executive Director of the Institute for Development of Economics and Finance (INDEF). She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Diponegoro University’s Faculty of Economics and Business; a Master’s Degree from the University of Indonesia’s Faculty of Economics and Business; and a doctorate from Maastricht University’s School of Business and Economics, the Netherlands. Since 2020, Esther has been a lecturer at Diponegoro University, her almamater. Over the course of her career, she has also held strategic positions, including as INDEF program director (2019-2024). Prasetya Dwicahya is the Managing Partner of AMANA. For over a decade, he has worked on institutional transformation across Indonesia's public sector, from national digital infrastructure to policy reform. Together with like-minded professionals, he co-founded AMANA: an advisory and financing firm that helps governments, financial institutions, companies, and NGOs create lasting public value.

His background spans technology, public finance, and institutional design. Over the years, he has contributed to reforms that have lasted, including Indonesia's public data governance framework, the digital backbone now used by more than 400,000 schools to manage their resources, and the establishment of the first agency consolidating Indonesia's nationally-held museums and cultural heritage assets under one institution.

Romora is an economist with more than 16 years of experience designing and implementing policies in green finance, digital economy, human capital, and inclusive development across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. She currently serves as a Climate Advisor to the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Ford Foundation, and Katadata Green.

Previously, Romora was a Fellow at the ERIA School of Government and served as Chief Economist of the Kartu Prakerja Program, where she evaluated and monitored a program that reached 18.9 million members of the workforce. She also teaches Green Finance and Environmental Economics in the Executive MBA program at Sampoerna University and has served as an advisor to the World Bank and UNDP.

Jamalianuri is a research, public policy, and communications practitioner with more than 10 years of professional experience. She currently leads the development of Databoks’ strategy at Katadata, focusing on leveraging data and technology to expand public access to credible information.

Throughout her career, she has led a wide range of strategic studies and cross-disciplinary collaborations with government institutions, businesses, and development partners. Through these roles, she bridges data, policy, and communications, ensuring that knowledge goes beyond research findings to become actionable insights that support better decision-making.

She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Management and Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Universitas Indonesia.

Michello Loebis is a Strategic Communications Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI), with over 10 years of experience in public affairs and strategic communications for senior executives, political leaders, and government stakeholders.

At TBI Indonesia, Michello advises senior-level government counterparts on building and safeguarding public trust in priority policies in climate and energy, as well as on digital and AI.Her work in climate and energy communications reflects the Institute’s view of the close connection between climate priorities and digital transformation.

She has led multi-stakeholder coordination for key government advocacy efforts, including the rollout of electric vehicle (EV) incentives and the first digital social aid pilot in Banyuwangi in 2025.

She began her career under former President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, where she spearheaded the President’s social media strategy, including launching and hosting an early presidential podcast initiative. She later moved into strategic communications advisory roles across the private and non-profit sectors, with a portfolio spanning health, tourism, FMCG, sustainable forestry, and the automotive sector.

Rezza Aji Pratama is a business and green economy journalist currently working as an editor at Katadata. Throughout a decade of his career, he has been engaging closely with stakeholders in the sustainability sector in Indonesia to uncover climate change and environmental stories across the archipelago.

Rezza is accustomed to the global network, having joined the Pulitzer Center's Rainforest Journalism Program in 2021 and the Climate Change Media Partnership (CCMP) fellowship by Internews and the Stanley Center to attend COP27 in Egypt. In 2022, Rezza was named a Thomson Reuters Changemaker for his contribution to covering climate stories.

Rezza holds an MA in International Media Business from the University of Westminster, where he studied as a Chevening Scholar.
